This is Vivian and Me. (She’s the one in brown.)
We live in St. Louis.
I served as Playwright-in-Residence at Washington University for 21 years. Prior to that I was Literary Manager and Playwright-in-Residence at Geva Theatre Center in NY. And before that I was a co-founder and resident playwright at Upstart Stage, a new works theatre in Berkeley, California.
And before that, I was really young.
Now we’re retired.
I write full time.
